Booger’s Fish Camp sits on Clear Lake, a 17-acre lake.

Camping
Room for campers up to 30 feet in length. 20 foot wide campsites give you room for a more enjoyable stay.
Fishing
The 17-acre Clear Lake holds different types of fish. You can catch Bass, Crappie, & even Big Gar.
Relaxing
If you’re here camping and have had your fill of fishing for the day, head on down to the dock and go for a swim.
How It Works
Booger ‘s – Monthly Renting

Initial Deposit
All adult occupants are required to complete a rental application and undergo a background and/or credit check. After collecting your $150 deposit and first months rent of $575, we will assign you a site.

Monthly Rent
Your rent payment of $575 is due monthly on the same day of the month that you moved in on.

30-Amp Full Hook-up
Rent includes: 30-Amp Electric, Single Gang 110V Outlet, Water, Sewer, & Trash.

Questions
How does billing work?
We accept cash, personal checks or a cashier’s check. Rent is due every month on the day you moved in. No credit card transactions available.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not issue refunds.
What is your policy on late fees?
$50 Late Fee – No Grace Period
What type of campground is this?
Booger’s Fish Camp is exclusively for adults only.
Can I have a firepit on my site?
Yes, you may have a small one. However, there is a larger firepit on the property that is available for any registered camper to use nearby.
What is your overnight guest policy?
Overnight guests require pre-approval. A background screening will be conducted using a copy of the guest’s driver’s license. An additional charge of $50 per night per guest will apply. Tenants do not have the authority to allow anyone else to live with them.
What is your pet policy?
Although the property is fenced & gated, all pets must be inside pets (leashed when outside). Pets must be vaccinated. No pets are to be left outside unattended on dog runners or chains. Please clean up after your pets.
Is Booger’s privately owned and operated?
Yes. A signed waiver is required; releasing us of any damages to personal property, personal injury, & pet(s) actions. We reserve the right to evict anyone at anytime.
